“Cathedral” was painted on a trip to Scotland, I took my art materials and lived in a tiny cottage by the coast for a week, and spent time painting, it was wonderful!
On the way to the cottage, the road was narrow and lined with the most beautiful trees, they touched in the middle creating a glorious tunnel of green with the light filtering through.
I had to paint it, and “Cathedral” was created.
This piece is on heavy watercolor paper, I’ve used acrylic paints and some mixed media too.
Measures 24” x 18”.
Ready to frame.
